1. Eligibility for Returns

   • The  product should return within 7 days of receiving.

   • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

   • Items that have been altered, damaged, or worn will not be accepted for return.

   • Customized, final sale, or discounted items are not eligible for returns.

   • In-store returns are accepted at our physical store location during business hours.

2. Refund Process

   • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.

   • Refund amount will be credited in 7 to 10 days to original payment method.

   • Refunds will not include shipping charges.

   • Customers who opt for in-store returns may receive instant store credit or an exchange based on product availability.

3. Exchange Policy

   • Exchanges are allowed within 5 to 6 days only for defective or damaged products.

   • If the same item is unavailable, store credit will be issued within 6 to 7 days.

   • Customers visiting our store for an exchange must bring the original invoice and product packaging.

4. How to Initiate a Return

   • Once approved, our team will provide return shipping instructions.

   • For in-store returns, visit our store location with the product and proof of purchase.

5. Return Shipping

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
